Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Curation:

- Curate relevant and high-quality content from internal and external sources to enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
Community Management:
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address potential issues or negative sentiment, escalating as necessary to maintain brand reputation.
Social Media Advertising and Promotion:

Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
