Responsibilities: 


Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continually optimize social media strategies.


Content Creation and Curation:

  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Curate relevant and high-quality content from internal and external sources to enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.


Community Management:

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and address potential issues or negative sentiment, escalating as necessary to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications:
