Thank you for choosing Non-Profit University (NPU) as your trusted partner in nonprofit education and consulting services. We strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for processing refund requests.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
-1.1 Our refund policy applies to fees paid for services provided by Non-Profit University.
-1.2 The refund policy does not cover any expenses incurred by the client outside the scope of the consulting services.
2. Refund Requests:
-2.1 All refund requests must be made in writing via email or certified mail.
-2.2 The request must include client's name, information, purchase date, and detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
-2.3 Refund requests will only be considered no less than 24 before classes start or before services have been rendered.
-2.4 Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be at the sole discretion of NPU Leadership.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
-3.1 Certain services may be deemed non-refundable due to their nature, including but not limited to:
a) Services that have already been provided or completed by NPU.
b) Customized consulting services specifically tailored to the client's needs and requirements.
-3.2 Any expenses incurred by NPU on behalf of the client or any third-party costs will not be eligible for refund.
4. Refund Processing:
-4.1 If a refund request is approved, NPU will process the refund within 30 days from the approval date.
-4.2 Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
a) If the original payment was made via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the initial transaction.
b) If the refund can't be processed via the original payment method, NPU will work to find an alternative refund arrangement.
5. Communication:
-5.1 NPU has 7 days to respond to a refund request.
-5.2 All communications related to refund requests should be directed to info@npuonline.org
6. Amendment:
-6.1 NPU reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be updated on our website.
